Its definitely coming along. I think the electrical poles/lamps should be on the sidewalk and maybe add some over head lights or onnings to a few of the buildings. Also try variating the foundations of the buildings? I dont really know how to explain this lol
Um, some ideas for clutter could be.... One of those things they would tie horses to when they went into a store. and water troughs. tumble weeds. Ruts in the road from the wagons. tufts of grass, water pails. large rocks that couldn't be moved. haybales, loose wagon wheels leaning on posts.
Also, most wild west towns didn't have pavement 'cus they were thrown together so quickly. It was all just dirt and mud. Your street has a defined curb, like a paved street would have. I don't know if its a big deal, I just sort of noticed it.
